105E high-speed heavy-duty deep embossing machine is ideal for die-cutting and creasing, cold embossing and optional heating of various paper packaging supplies such as paper, cardboard and other plastic sheet materials such as PVC to avoid the appearance of white edges and scuff marks, and can die-cut 3D effect plastic materials with hot pressing. Can handle up to 5000 sheets per hour; can process the maximum area of 1050x750mm, the minimum area of 450x390mm material. It has the features of fast working speed, high safety and easy operation.
105E high-speed die-cutting and deep embossing machine can handle various substrates. Die-cutting pressure reaches 650 tons, die-cutting accuracy reaches ≤ ±0.075, minimum nibble width 8mm, and can do gripper-free processing. The heating can also be heated and die-cut for 0.2~1.0mm PVC, PPC, PET and other plastic sheets.
