Screen printing machine belongs to the more representative printing equipment of hole plate printing machine. Its printing plate is a crisscross silk screen with distinct longitude and latitude woven from silk and other materials. It has produced many kinds of screen printing machines, such as plane, curved surface, forming, printing and dyeing, printing circuit, and new rotary. Among them, the speed and productivity of the new rotary screen printing machine is relatively high. Its feature is that the screen is installed on the cylinder, and the ink is poured in the cylinder. When the machine is working, the roller rotates, and the rubber ink scraper quickly prints the pattern on the printed matter.
In addition to silk, nylon wire, copper wire, steel wire or stainless steel wire can also be used to make the screen. The principle of hole printing applied by screen printing machine originated from ancient template printing. There are many forms of hole printing, such as transcript, stencil, and screen printing.
Screen printing was initially manual, with only one plate frame, one screen plate and one template. It was not until the 1950s that screen printing was mechanized and automated. The roller screen printing machine has a large amount of ink when printing. It is suitable for printing printed materials with thick ink layer. It can be printed on various papers, glass, wood, metal, ceramics, plastics or cloth. It can use a variety of inks, including conductive metal inks.
Press classification:
① Flat screen printing machine. The flat screen plate is used to print on the flat substrate. Generally, the ink scraper presses the printing plate to move horizontally, and the substrate is replaced by the rising and falling of the printing plate.
② Curved screen printing machine. The flat screen plate is used to print on the round substrate. Generally, the ink scraper plate is fixed, the printing plate moves horizontally, and the substrate rotates at the same linear speed as the printing plate.
③ Rotary screen printing machine. A cylinder screen plate is used, and a wedge-shaped ink scraping plate or roller is installed inside the cylinder. The printing plate rotates at the same linear speed as the substrate moves.
④ Electrostatic screen printing machine. The stainless steel screen plate with good conductivity is used. The static electricity between the positive and negative electrode plates drives the ink to pass through the through hole of the plate and attach it to the surface of the substrate. It is pressure free printing. The shape of the machine varies from substrate to substrate, but generally includes substrate input part, printing part, ink fixation drying part and substrate collection part. The printing part is composed of screen printing plate, electrode plate and high-voltage generator.
